nuvi 360 is equipped with a sensitive GPS receiver which quickly updated the screen while one is moving. Of course 360 model uses speaker to inform about the directions so one doesn’t have to constantly look a the screen to drive. The maps included are of only USA and Canada, but one could buy some other maps have a look on this world map for Garmin products.
Besides the usual navigation features, nüvi 360 has also some entertainment ones. Like making hands free calls from your Bluetooth enabled phone. So you could drive and instead of using the earphones from your phone, you could use the speaker and microphone of this GPS to make calls. Using the touch screen to dial a number is much safer than looking at one’s phone and pushing the buttons. Of course one can make a call to one of the six million points of interest (POIs) that come with the included map, as much of them have a phone number included.
Other features of this GPS model include MP3 player (and also an audio book player), all you need to do is insert an SD card into the GPS navigator and start the music, very useful when one doesn’t have a radio equipment capable of this in his car. There is also a JPEG image viewer, not very useful in the car but when one takes the nuvi 360 on a trip without a car it might be useful to show pictures from camera. And one can’t forget about the low reflection screen that this model has, so you don’t have to worry about sun blare (its much better than in nüvi 350).
